4-Session Coaching Package

Service Description

Some things need more than one conversation. This 4-session package gives individuals or couples room to work through a specific challenge over time without committing to a longer program. Each session can build on the last so we can identify patterns, put practical tools into action, and keep moving forward with greater clarity. Includes: • Four 1-hour coaching sessions • Available for individuals or couples • Online via Zoom or in person • Session notes and homework emailed within 48 hours of each completed session • Sessions must be used within 3 months Package Price: $476 Package Policy: Unused sessions expire at the end of the 3-month package period and are non-refundable.
